Are dogs allowed on the course?
Only guide dogs are permitted on the course.
Are there any discounted ticket options?
Yes, the Concession (discounted) tickets are offered to:
- 17-18 year olds
- Students, on production of a student ID card or Young Scot Card
- Senior Citizens 60 years and older
- Armed Forces Personnel on production of an Armed Forces ID card.
Can I bring my camera?
The use of cameras is prohibited on competition days unless accompanied by the correct accreditation. Phone cameras can be used on-course however, these will need to be on silent mode with the flash disabled.
Can I bring my mobile phone?
Mobile phones are permitted on the course; however, they must be on silent mode.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
You can bring your own food and drink however alcohol is prohibited.
Can I bring my own mobility scooter to the event?
Yes, you can, we just ask that you sign a disclaimer before using the mobility scooter around the course. This can be obtained nearer the time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes, there will be tickets available for purchase on the door. However, tickets will be at an increased priced to the ones available online at the moment.
Can I park my minibus?
Yes, you can park your minibus, however you must register your vehicle. Please e-mail email@example.com to register with the days you intend.
Can I park my motor home anywhere?
No, we do not allow motor homes anywhere on site.
Can I reserve a seat in the grandstand?
No, seats are not available for reservation in the grandstand and they are offered on a first come first served basis.
Can private buses drop off and pick up passengers on site?
Yes, you will be able to drop off and pick up passengers in one of the Park & Ride terminals at Gleneagles, but you must register your vehicle beforehand. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your proposed days and timings. Parking private coaches on site during the day will not be possible.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Tickets for children (16 and under) are free when accompanied by an adult, however you are required to apply for a ticket online here
Do I need to reserve a mobility scooter / wheelchair?
Yes, to help you navigate the course mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs are available to book courtesy of the Scottish Government through Event Mobility.

Does it matter if my name appears on all the tickets I have purchased?
No, all tickets purchased will bear the name of the person who purchased the tickets. Each ticket will have a unique identification to prevent counterfeiting or double use.
How do I find out what the different ticket categories relate to?
At the end of each ticket category please click on the icon and an information box will appear.
How do I follow live scoring?
Live scoring will be available on the website, clearly linked from the homepage. If you save the live scoring page to your home screen on your mobile, it will appear as an app and take you straight to the all-important updates.
I am planning to move house/change my e-mail address between now and the Solheim Cup, how do I ensure I will receive my tickets?
No problem, please e-mail Info@Solheimcup2019.com outlining your ticket booking reference, your old details and your new details and we will ensure this information is changed.
Is free parking available?
There will be two free Park & Ride facilities in operation.
If you are travelling from the south or west please follow signs for:
Castle View Park & Ride, Stirling.
If you are travelling from the north please follow signs for:
St Johnston Football Club, McDiarmid Park, Crieff Road, Perth.
Please make sure that you follow the AA Solheim Cup road signs on the approach to each of the Park & Ride sites. These routes have been designed in association with Transport Scotland to make your journey and parking as efficient as possible.
You do not need to book either Park & Ride in advance.
Is it possible to purchase priority parking?

Is there a merchandise shop?
Yes, The 2019 Solheim Cup Shop will be located in the heart of the Spectator Village, offering something for everyone and brands including PING, Abacus, Polo Ralph Lauren and JoFit.
The shop will be open from 08.00-18.00 Monday to Thursday, and from 07.00-20.00 Friday to Sunday.

What is offered with a PING Pavilion ticket?
A ticket to the PING Pavilion offers an upgraded Solheim Cup experience. The PING Pavilion ticket holder will gain access to the PING Pavilion, a covered structure with comfortable seating, entertainment, large TV Screens, dining areas, upgraded toilets and the facility to buy food and drinks on a cash basis. What is the bag policy?
Bags are subject to searches upon entry to the course.
When are tickets on sale?

When will I receive my tickets?
Like most events these days, tickets will be issued as e-tickets so you will not receive physical tickets in the post. You will receive an email with your tickets by July 2019.
These tickets can then be printed out or shown on your smartphone.
